  • Colloidal Anhydrous Silica: 100 mg (Equiv. to Silicon: 47 mg)
  • Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3): 25 micrograms (1,000 IU)
  • Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2): 180 micrograms

Dosage

  • Directions: Adults: Take 1 level scoop daily, mixed into water.
