Amount per daily serving:

• Kava Kava (Piper methysticum) root extract 400mg 
  Equiv. to 240 mg active Kavalactones 
• Passion flower, 3.5% flavones, 400mg
• Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal 5’-phosphate 5mg
• Zinc as Zinc Picolinate 15mg

Dose: Take 2 x capsules daily before food.

Taking without food may cause nausea or headaches.
