Cleanse Protocol
Zeally Herbs Parasite Protocol is a 10 Day Herbal kit.
While parasite cleansing can be done at any time of the year, it is recommended to cleanse around the full moon as this is the period when parasitic eggs typically hatch. This period is also when parasites are most active, which allows them to
be most vulnerable to anti-parasitic herbs. If you are cleansing within the lunar window, begin 5 days prior to the full moon and continue on to complete 10 full days. We post upcoming Lunar cleanse dates to our socials @zeallyherbs.
Following Lunar Cleanse dates are encouraged but not necessary for a successful cleanse.
During the cleanse avoid processed and sugary foods, red meats, starches and alcohol as these foods feed parasitic activity. Try to include whole, unprocessed food with lots of greens. Increase your water and garlic consumption.
We suggest performing a parasite and heavy metal cleanse once or twice per year.
