It can also be diluted in warm water and used as a herbal throat gargle.

Ingredients

Each 5ml dose contains:Menthol 8.21 mg, Licorice Root 5.22 mg, essential oils of Rosemary, Lemon, Lime, Clove Bud, Pine Bark, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus and Peppermint 0.0017 ml each, Iodine 0.22 mcg.

In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.

Dosage

Adults over 12 years: Take 5-10 mls three to four times daily.

Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for
10 seconds before swallowing if possible.

Children 12 years and under may take Harker Herbals Children’s Ear, Nose & Throat.
