Directions:

Take 3 x capsules in the morning or midday daily, can be taken altogether or split between meals.Avoid taking close to bedtime.

 

Pair with:

CycleCalm can be combined with any other BePure products, except for InnerStrength and MenoCalm, as they contain the same active ingredients.
It is most effective when combined with BePure One, BePure Three and Zinc Restore.
